1. Relationship to Apple’s Standard EULA

This application is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (“Apple EULA”).
These Terms of Use (“Supplemental Terms”) apply in addition to the Apple EULA and govern your use of this application.
If there is any conflict, the Apple EULA prevails.

2. Purpose of the App

This app provides estimated blood alcohol concentration (BAC) calculations using mathematical formulas (including the Widmark formula).

The app is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Safe-to-Drive Determination

⚠️ This app does NOT determine whether you are safe or legally permitted to drive.

BAC estimates:

• Are not real-time

• Are not medically accurate

• Do not account for individual differences such as metabolism, food intake, medication, fatigue, or health conditions

If you are unsure, do not drive.

4. No Legal or Medical Advice

The app does not provide:

• Medical advice

• Legal advice

• Safety guarantees

Drink-driving laws vary by country, state, and jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any decisions you make based on the app’s estimates are entirely your responsibility

• You assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and driving

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

• Injury or death

• Property damage

• Criminal charges, fines, penalties, or legal consequences

• Losses arising from reliance on BAC estimates

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Not a Breathalyser or Testing Device

This app is not a breathalyser, testing device, or certified measurement tool.

It does not replace:

• Professional testing

• Law enforcement testing

• Medical assessment

8. Age Requirement

You must be legally permitted to consume alcohol in your jurisdiction to use this app.
